This is a planned community with a town center, pools, and HOA standards that apply to what you hang on the back of the house. We keep exterior repairs consistent with what is already installed. Interior work is where most Brambleton days go — mounting, assembly, fixture swaps, and small drywall after someone hung a swing in a doorway.
Newer construction still has quirks: fans on boxes that were never fan-rated, shower caulk that was a thin cosmetic bead, and doors that were never planed for a humid August. Those are not warranty debates we can fight with the builder. They are repair jobs we can actually finish.
